This adds a gateway endpoint for http://ipfs.kosmos.org on port 443 with support for fetching documents via /ipfs/$objectHash.

Running on andromeda:

https://ipfs.kosmos.org/ipfs/QmcruDFiEmJ8evadoGpJNu5SLxR243GpDTSZioUhL5aQVu
