Greg Karékinian 0fa9e6cbb7 Set the uploads dir inside of /opt/ejabberd instead of /var/www

/var/www is intended for nginx/apache

I have copied over the old directories manually on Andromeda before
running this code

Run Chef Solo

knife solo cook dev.kosmos.org

Bootstrap a new server

knife solo prepare root@dev.kosmos.org

Managing cookbooks

Cookbooks are managed via Berkshelf. Run berks --help for command help.

Install cookbooks listed in Berksfile:

berks install

Vendor installed cookbooks to the cookbooks/ dir:

berks vendor cookbooks/
