The mysql cookbook is completely broken on 18.04 (both the released version
and the current master, in different ways). Keep it simple and just run
mysql commands

Managing cookbooks

Cookbooks are managed via Berkshelf. Run berks --help for command help.

Install cookbooks listed in Berksfile:

berks install

Vendor installed cookbooks to the cookbooks/ dir:

berks vendor cookbooks/
