- external-scripts.json: hubot-help, hubot-redis-brain, hubot-rules,
hubot-incoming-webhook, @kredits/hubot-kredits
- scripts/health.js -> ESM; run.sh -> -a hubot-xmpp
- drop stale .jshintrc
