Update @kredits/contracts to 7.5.1 (via npm update @kredits/contracts --package-lock-only).

7.5.1 fixes IPFS cat() decoding for ipfs-http-client 56 (Uint8Array chunks). Before it, every contributor profile read failed with:

SyntaxError: Unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON at position 3 (line 1 column 4)

so hubot-kredits could not resolve contributors and stopped proposing kredits.

This lockfile is what nodejs-5 installs, so it is the actual deploy gate (hubot-kredits's ^7.3.0 range already allows 7.5.1).
