The Gitea release-drafter action reads .gitea/release-drafter.yml, which this repo lacked — it only had an unused .github/release-drafter.yml and no workflow — so releases were created without a title.

add .gitea/release-drafter.yml (bare-version name-template/tag-template, version-resolver), mirroring kredits-web
add .gitea/workflows/release_drafter.yml (runs on closed PRs)
remove the unused .github/release-drafter.yml
