+Restores the dashboard on Discourse 2026.11. Discourse removed `isEmpty` from
+`discourse/truth-helpers` when the truth helpers moved to `@ember/helper`. The
+dashboard imported it from there, so the value resolved to `undefined` and the
+template threw `can't convert undefined to object` as soon as a report
+rendered, leaving every tab blank. The helper is now imported from
+`@ember/utils`, which exists on both 2026.10 and 2026.11.
