Set up lndhub.go

Just FYI, I cherry-picked a commit from a WIP Garage/S3 branch into this one, so that I could converge nginx_proxy with that config still working (Garage Web access for the kosmos.social bucket).

Docker Compose config, local 389ds/dirsrv, LDAP and user seeds

I don't get docker running on my machine right now somehow. It is somehow "stuck" and the docker command does not do anything.
