Alexander Ljungberg f7e2e9c2ee Fixed: the _CPObservableArray init method used by CPArrayController did not properly initialize _observationProxies. 
Fixed: _CPObservableArray's insertObject:atIndex: caused an infinite loop.

Thomas Ingham 3d4a33d373 Re-preflight on the image assets resulting in 24px tall images in each case. This is done by cutting the top edge close (well into the aliased edge on top.) 
Added defs for the horizontal and vertical sliders.
