Might need updating for latest Web App Manifest spec, but shouldn't be much. Still works pretty well with 5apps Storage I believe.

Updated manifique to work with the latest versions of its dependencies, set up CI, fixed a couple of bugs, and added a small improvement for metadata.select_icon. The repo is over here now:
