Make IPFS in VMs available for p2p connections from the outside

I have a feeling that we may need #290 for solving this properly. We can, of course, also connect our own nodes internally via the private network, too.

Use Ohai plugin to store zerotier node info

Turns out their official Chef cookbook already comes with an Ohai plugin: https://github.com/zerotier/chef-zerotier

And it also comes with recipes for joining networks and such, in case we need it later.

Fix LN nodes not being accessible from the outside

Added WIP, because some people still get timeouts trying to connect, while other random nodes already connected to it. I checked everything I could think of, but everything looks fine now, after the obvious mistakes.
